Why is the course without a practical part?
No practical part is needed anymore. You get all knowledge through explanations, questions and interactive videos.
What is sustainable about this method?
Sustainability is synonymous with “environmental saving”. The course is completely online which means there is no need to use environmental polluting extinguishers as in the regular practical course. Also you (or the instructor) don’t have to drive to the training location anymore.

What does ERT mean?
Emergency Response Team
Are you obliged to have emergency response officers at your company?
Every employer must ensure that there is sufficient emergency response capacity in his business. They are required by law for all companies with employees (starting at one employee).
How many emergency response officers do you need?
To determine how many emergency response officers you need, make a risk inventory and evaluation plan (RI&E). The number of employees and the average number of visitors are especially important details.
What does AED mean?

Does the online course complies with the guidelines of European legislation?
How long does the course take?
The course lasts as long as you want. The course can be done in 3.5 hours. You are only an Emergency Response Officer when you have completed the full course.
How do I follow the course?
You simply follow the course on your smartphone, tablet or PC wherever and whenever you want. When you’re done with the course, the next time you open the application you can continue where you left off.
Does the course includes videos and animations?
Yes, E-learning makes full use of videos and animations.
Can I watch videos and instructions again?
That’s no problem! You have unlimited access to the course.
Do you also have to take practical lessons after the course?
No that is not necessary! Everything is explained so clearly that practical training is no longer necessary.
How can I maintain the knowledge?
Iedere zes maanden sturen wij je een push-bericht. In dit bericht toetsen wij jouw parate kennis over bepaalde BHV-onderwerpen. Zijn je antwoorden voldoende dan wordt het certificaat voor dezelfde periode verlengt.
When I want to change emergency response team because someone has left, is that possible?
Yes, that’s possible! Suppose you want to train 6 ER officers and one of them leaves your company. Easily replace a new emergency response officer. You only have to register the new Emergency Response Officer and the amount you payed stays the same.
I am a Fireman, do I get an exemption?
As an active firefighter, you follow enough courses with your corps to demonstrate your expertise.
I am a certified first aid worker do I get an exemption?
Yes, of course, you will receive an exemption for the life-saving actions module.
Is this course new?
No, the training is not new, it’s the way we give the course. Sustainable development is an important aspect of the course. We also believe that learning can be much simpler, more interesting and less stressful.
